Alex Eubank

Eubank was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Patti and Bob Eubank. His parents divorced when he was young, and he was raised as an only child. He is an outspoken Christian who frequently mentions his faith in his online content.

Eubank previously dated social media creator Hailey Bakos, and later entered a relationship with Abigail White in 2022, which lasted until their split in mid-2023. During a personal health experiment involving a 48-hour fast, he experienced a severe panic attack that resulted in a hospital visit.

Eubank began weight training at age 16, developing a physique that earned him the nickname "The Greek God" among his followers. In January 2020, he launched his TikTok profile, posting lifting clips, physique updates, and fitness challenges. He subsequently expanded to YouTube, uploading full-length training tutorials, lifestyle vlogs, and episodes of his podcast, The Lions Den.

In addition to his content creation, Eubank operates as an entrepreneur. He founded the athletic apparel company Elysium Athletic and distributes customized workout plans through his personal website. He has also served as a brand ambassador for several fitness and supplement companies, including YoungLA, ALPHA LION, Fusion Nutra, and CELSIUS Energy.
