Deshae Frost

Frost began pursuing entertainment at age eight, when he performed music under the rap name D-Frost and wrote movie scripts on his laptop after school. At 13, his mother, Monique Camillo, recognized his storytelling ability and took him to a local open mic at a Seattle comedy club. He continued performing stand-up and was opening for comedians including Tiffany Haddish, Tony Roberts, and Faizon Love by his teenage years.

Frost later expanded into social media, writing and performing short comedy sketches. He also wrote and directed many of his own videos. His online work developed from short-form clips into longer YouTube videos featuring pranks, reactions, dares, Q&A content, dating challenges, social experiments, and group collaborations.

Frost created his self-titled YouTube channel on April 23, 2011. His content evolved from individual comedic bits into structured videos built around clear premises, including challenges, social experiments, personality-driven conversations, and lifestyle-based comedy.

He also worked with other online entertainers. Frost collaborated with Vine creator Tayvion Power on the video "When You Get Caught with Your Friend's Stuff on the Gram." He and Dregoldi also ran the YouTube channel Shae and Dre, where they posted prank videos and other entertainment content.

Frost extended his comedy presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitch. His live content emphasized improvisational humor, audience interaction, quick reactions, and conversational performance, while clips from livestreams could be adapted for short-form platforms.

His comedy videos attracted a large Instagram following, and he was featured on Snapchat Spotlight in 2021. A multi-platform approach allowed him to combine short-form discovery, longer YouTube formats, and real-time livestream interaction.

Frost's television and film work includes an appearance in Black Jesus and roles in Castor Oil, Stay Woke!, Speechless, Angie Tribeca, Chiefs, Stingers, and Hired. He also appeared in Sketch House Show.

His best-known acting role is Darryl Henderson on CBS's S.W.A.T. Frost's acting work developed alongside his comedy career rather than replacing it, giving him credits in both traditional television and digital entertainment.
