Andy Milonakis

Milonakis has a congenital growth-hormone condition that gives him the outward appearance and voice of an adolescent. He has discussed using humor as a defense mechanism during his high school years, when he experienced bullying.

He is an only child and has no children. He lived in Los Angeles for much of his career before moving to Astoria, Queens, in 2021 and later to Austin, Texas, in 2025.

Milonakis began making comedy while working in tech support at a Manhattan accounting firm. He also took comedy classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City and posted homemade sketches, freestyle raps, humor videos, and short films online.

His breakthrough came in 2003 with the video “The Super Bowl Is Gay,” which went viral after he posted it on AngryNakedPat.com. A writer for Jimmy Kimmel Live! discovered the video, leading to regular appearances by Milonakis on the program from 2003 to 2004.

Jimmy Kimmel later sent Milonakis’s clips to MTV2 executive producer Tony DiSanto. MTV developed The Andy Milonakis Show, an absurdist sketch series combining sketches, man-on-the-street segments, and celebrity appearances. Milonakis created and starred in the show, which ran for three seasons from 2005 to 2007.

Milonakis made his film debut as Nick in Waiting... in 2005 and returned to the role in Still Waiting... in 2009. His other film credits include Who's Your Caddy?, Killer Pad, Wieners, Major Movie Star, Extreme Movie, Mac & Devin Go to High School, Dumbbells, Bodied, King Knight, Funny Pages, and The Sweet East.

On television, he had a recurring role as Roman Armond on Comedy Central's Kroll Show. He also voiced N.E.P.T.R. and other characters in Adventure Time, played Danny Douglas in Future-Worm!, and appeared as Phil Hart in The Guardians of Justice.

His credits also include appearances on Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'N Out, Crank Yankers, and Snoop Dogg's Double G News Network. He appeared in Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake as N.E.P.T.R. and Vampire #2.

Milonakis began rapping on YouTube, where his first song was “The Andy Milonakis Rap.” His music releases include the mixtape Hot Soup from 2009 and the solo EP Gazpacho from 2010. He also released the collaboration EP Busboys' Paradise with Max Kasch and Dean Shull.

He was a member of Three Loco with Riff Raff and Dirt Nasty. The group released ¡Three Loco! in 2012, and Milonakis announced its breakup in 2014. His other recorded work includes the singles “Let Me Twitter Dat,” “Lemonade Bubble Gum,” “Red Lean Purple Lean,” “Worst Day,” “Spaghetti,” and “Tokyo Trap House.”

Milonakis has also participated in poker events and streamed poker content on Twitch. He took part in tournaments benefiting Feeding America and a Fantasy Poker Night benefiting the Lili Clair Foundation.
