Finesse2tymes

Finesse2tymes is the father of five biological children with five different mothers. He has shared glimpses of his family life publicly, including his son Lil King and his daughter Clever, born in 2024. Another of his daughters was born to Audrey Webb.

His romantic relationships have frequently drawn public interest. After previously being involved in multi-partner relationships with BBJay and Nia Love, as well as dating artist Erica Banks, he later committed exclusively to his relationship with FNG Shugga. In addition to his family life, he has documented his personal fitness and weight loss efforts across his social media platforms.

In 2012, at age 20, Finesse2tymes joined fellow Memphis artists Moneybagg Yo and Blac Youngsta to form the rap collective Memphis Greatest Underrated, releasing a self-titled project. Over the following years, he worked on solo material, including the 2016 mixtape Goin Straight In and the 2017 project Hustle & Flow, which expanded his regional following.

After reconciling past differences with Moneybagg Yo in September 2022, Finesse2tymes signed with Bread Gang and released the collaborative single "Black Visa." Shortly afterward, in October 2022, he partnered with J. Prince Jr.'s Mob Ties Records under a joint venture and distribution deal with Atlantic Records, also teaming up with Gucci Mane on the track "Gucci Flow."

In late 2022, his single "Back End" became a viral success on TikTok and entered the Billboard Hot 100, eventually earning a platinum certification from the RIAA. The momentum led to the December 2022 release of his commercial mixtape 90 Days, which reached the Billboard 200 chart and featured guest appearances from Lil Baby, Gucci Mane, Moneybagg Yo, and producer Tay Keith.

The project yielded additional certified singles, including the gold-certified tracks "Get Even" and "Overdose." In November 2024, Finesse2tymes followed up with the release of his debut studio album, Art of War, issued via Atlantic and Mob Ties.

Finesse2tymes's career has intersected with several legal challenges. In 2010, he was convicted in Tennessee on two felony counts of aggravated robbery and received an eight-year prison term, ultimately serving six years before his release in August 2016.

In July 2017, federal authorities arrested him in Birmingham, Alabama, following a shooting incident at the Power Ultra Lounge in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he had been performing. Prosecutors subsequently charged him in connection with an earlier June 2017 altercation in Forrest City, Arkansas, involving an AK-style firearm. He pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm and was sentenced in December 2018 to five years in federal prison, completing his sentence on July 1, 2022.

In July 2023, the Houston Police Department briefly issued an arrest warrant for him regarding an unreturned Enterprise rental car, though all related charges were dismissed later that same month.
