Grant Feely

Feely decided to pursue acting at the age of seven after watching behind-the-scenes material from Stranger Things. He became interested in how productions were made and wanted to take part in that world. Before being cast in Obi-Wan Kenobi, he had seen The Mandalorian but had not watched the earlier Star Wars films.

In April 2021, Feely auditioned for a role described only as "Boy, Untitled Disney+ Series." After callbacks with casting director Carmen Cuba and director Deborah Chow, he was offered the role of Luke Skywalker in early July. He kept the casting private for about nine months while the production was being made.

Feely portrayed Luke Skywalker in three episodes of the 2022 television miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi, appearing in "Part I," "Part V," and "Part VI." Chow asked him not to watch the Star Wars films before filming so that he would portray Luke as a curious boy rather than imitate Mark Hamill's version of the character.

Feely described crafting as his favorite part of working on the set. One of his action scenes involved Luke being chased by the Inquisitor Reva while Feely ran along the top of a set in a harness. After filming, he watched the Star Wars movies and became a fan of the franchise.

Feely played Ghost Kid, also identified as the Blonde Boy, in the 2023 horror film Five Nights at Freddy's. He returned as the Blond Ghost Boy in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. His other screen credits include Timmy in Creepshow, Young Bell in Panhandle, Child Jack in Echoes, Julian in Space Blood, Paul Ballas in Chicago P.D., and Luke in Gunner.

His listed projects also include Henry Lasso in two episodes of Ted Lasso, Young Ray in Devoted, and Mason in The Movers. He appeared as Young Stephen in the 2021 music video In the End.
