JasonTheWeen began streaming on Twitch in 2018 at age 14, although he streamed only twice that year. In 2021, he began using the name Nguyenmoneysniper on TikTok, where his clips helped him become better known. He created his YouTube account on April 7, 2021.

He returned to regular streaming in August 2022, initially focusing on games such as VALORANT. He streamed almost every day and averaged about 100 viewers before gaining further attention through a 1v1 with streamer PROD. His first YouTube upload, posted on August 29, 2022, featured a Twitch clip about his first and worst E-Pal experience. By September 2022, his streams averaged about 3,000 views.

JasonTheWeen became a member of the rebooted FaZe Clan cast on August 30, 2024. He moved to the FaZe house in Los Angeles, where his content developed toward more real-life streams and collaborative videos with fellow FaZe members.

He expanded his YouTube presence on October 1, 2024, with the channels JasonTheWeen Live and JasonTheWeen VODS. His main channel was renamed JasonTheWeen, while his vlog channel became JasonTheWeen IRL. The Live channel focused on clips from his Twitch streams, and the VODS channel carried full livestream recordings.

JasonTheWeen released his first official song, "Goodbye Yujin," on February 18, 2023. The song was written for Yujin, who had been his girlfriend at the time, and their relationship ended by mutual agreement on February 28, 2024. On July 22, 2024, he released "Hold You Still" with PlaqueBoyMax. They created the song in FL Studio while streaming on Twitch. The three-song project contains "Prom," "J A K U R A," and "Favorite Flower," all made during his Twitch livestreams.
