JoJo Fletcher

Fletcher was born in Dallas, Texas, to physician parents. Her mother is Persian and her father was raised in Tennessee. She attended Baylor University, where she studied medical humanities and initially pursued a pre-medical path.

Before appearing on reality television, Fletcher worked in real estate development. She founded JHF Realty Development and built homes from the ground up, including properties rented to students in the Waco area.

Fletcher competed on Ben Higgins' season of The Bachelor, the show's twentieth season. Higgins expressed love for both Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell, but ultimately chose Bushnell in the finale, making Fletcher the runner-up.

Fletcher had also appeared in the first episode of Ready for Love, where her half-brother Ben Patton was a featured participant. She appeared when Patton brought women from the show to meet his family.

Fletcher was announced as the lead of the twelfth season of The Bachelorette in March 2016. She selected former professional football player Jordan Rodgers at the end of the season, and Rodgers proposed during the finale.

Fletcher and Rodgers postponed their planned June 2020 wedding because of the COVID-19 pandemic. They married on May 14, 2022. Fletcher later hosted two episodes of the sixteenth season of The Bachelorette while Chris Harrison was away.

Fletcher's television work after The Bachelorette included appearances on Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, The Bachelor Winter Games, and The Big D. She also hosted the Kin web series Engaged with JoJo and Jordan with Rodgers, combining relationship-focused reality television with do-it-yourself home decor.

Beginning in 2019, Fletcher and Rodgers hosted CNBC's Cash Pad, a house-flipping and investment series focused on converting properties into short-term rentals. They also hosted Paramount Network's Battle of the Fittest Couples. Fletcher launched the clothing line Fletch in 2018 and later collaborated with Cupshe on a swimwear collection.
