Aesha Scott

Aesha Scott has been married to Scott Dobson since 7 March 2026. Before their marriage, the couple announced their engagement in May 2024 and competed together on The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity Edition in 2025.

Scott grew up as the middle child in a family of six children. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her family experienced mental-health struggles among her siblings as well as the death of a brother from a brain tumor.

Scott became known through the Below Deck franchise, appearing in seasons four and five of Below Deck Mediterranean and seasons one and two of Below Deck Down Under. She was presented as a chief stew, a senior role responsible for the interior service team and guest experience aboard the yachts.

Her humor, distinctive voice and energetic personality became defining features of her television presence. She has also appeared on Below Deck Galley Talk, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Winter House, Project Runway and BravoCon Live with Andy Cohen.

Scott starred alongside Hannah Ferrier on Below Deck Mediterranean. She has described yachting as demanding work that involves long hours, little sleep and extensive preparation for charter guests.

In 2025, Scott and Scott Dobson competed as a team on The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity Edition. Their route included Nepal, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Indonesia, and they finished the race in third place.

The couple had already traveled together on a two-week road trip through Colorado, Utah and Arizona, where they went canoeing, camping, climbing, cycling and hiking. Dobson was described as an adventure-sport enthusiast, while Scott brought experience from her high-pressure work aboard yachts.

Scott competed on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! Australia in 2023, reaching the finale and placing third. Her other reality television credits include The Amazing Race Australia, Destination X, The Cheap Seats and Do You Love It?.

She was announced as a contestant on the second season of Destination X in 2026.

Before entering reality television, Scott earned a double science degree from Victoria University of Wellington. After graduation, she worked in a kiwifruit laboratory before seeking work on a yacht alongside her sister.

She later worked on yachts for several years before joining the Below Deck franchise. Outside work, she has listed walking, reading, swimming and chatting with friends over cocktails among her favorite activities.
