Karlie Redd is an American reality television personality and actress known for her long-running role as a main cast member of VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. She is also known for acting in films including Top Five and 30 Days in Atlanta, and for her recurring role as Paige Morris on Saints & Sinners.

Personal life

Karlie Redd has one daughter, Jasmine Ellis, who has appeared on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Jasmine also appeared with her mother during the show's Dubai trip.

Redd was briefly married to Maurice "Arkansas Mo" Fayne. She announced their engagement in 2018, and the marriage later ended in divorce.

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta

Redd joined Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta when it premiered in June 2012 and became one of the show's original six cast members. She was a main cast member through its first nine seasons and also appeared in related programs including Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Check Yourself, K. Michelle: My Life, and VH1 Family Reunion: Love & Hip Hop Edition.

The series followed Redd's ambitions as a singer and recording artist before placing greater emphasis on her business ventures. Her early storylines included a conflict with K. Michelle, for whom Redd released the diss track "Bring It." She also appeared in storylines involving Benzino, Yung Joc, Lyfe Jennings, Scrapp DeLeon, and Ceaser Emanuel.

Redd made her film debut in Black Spring Break 2 in 2001 and later appeared in Chris Rock's Top Five in 2014. Her other film credits include 30 Days in Atlanta, My Side Piece, Stolen Lilies, Pinch, No Better Love, and Love & Murder: Atlanta Playboy. She played Paige Morris in the Bounce TV drama Saints & Sinners and also secured a co-star role on Bigger.

Before joining Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, Redd competed on VH1's Scream Queens. She released her debut single, "A Girl Has Needs," in 2012 and later announced a musical project under the name Karlie Ferrari. She toured in the stage productions Thugs and the Women Who Love Them, Drama in the Church, and Her Lies His Secrets, including appearances alongside Melba Moore.

Business ventures

Redd launched the Redd Remy Hairline in 2012 and opened the women's clothing store Merci Boutique in Atlanta in 2015. Her career has also included work as a model, dancer, recording artist, and radio and television personality.

She owns Redd Media Productions, which secured a Tubi deal through Swirl Film Productions. The company produced films including Mardi Gras Reunion, Pinch, Stolen Lilies, and Socially Distanced.
