Noah LaLonde

LaLonde grew up in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan, where he played hockey and developed an early interest in acting. He participated in school plays during elementary school and later joined a theatrical choir program in middle school.

He studied theatre at Grand Valley State University and played for the university's hockey team. His hockey career also included time with the Youngstown Phantoms and Omaha Lancers. After one year at university, he left to focus on acting and trained at studios in the Detroit, Royal Oak, and Ferndale areas.

LaLonde made his professional acting debut in the 2020 short film The Smile I Wear, followed by appearances in Toby... With an 'I', Summer Flings & Funerals, and Help Wanted. He was also credited as a producer on Summer Flings & Funerals.

In 2021, he played Rece in Asbury Park. He portrayed Wes in the feature film Deer Camp '86 and Gael Bruneau in an episode of Criminal Minds: Evolution in 2022. LaLonde appeared alongside Corey Fogelmanis in the Criminal Minds episode, with Fogelmanis playing Nathan in My Life with the Walter Boys.

LaLonde was cast as Cole Walter in Netflix's My Life with the Walter Boys, a role that brought him wider recognition. He connected the character's athletic identity with his own experience as a hockey player, describing both as involving a period of redefining themselves after their athletic careers changed. He was also cast in the film adaptation Guarding Stars, which entered post-production.

In My Life with the Walter Boys, LaLonde plays Cole Walter, an older Walter brother involved in the series' central love triangle with Jackie Howard, played by Nikki Rodriguez, and Alex Walter, played by Ashby Gentry. The series is based on Ali Novak's novel and follows Jackie after she moves to Colorado to live with the Walter family.

LaLonde said his experiences playing hockey helped him approach Cole, who is known as a local star quarterback in the series. During his audition, he impersonated Leonardo DiCaprio and Matthew McConaughey. He described filming the show in Calgary, Canada, as one of the greatest times of his life.
