Gizelle Bryant

Bryant was one of the original six main cast members of The Real Housewives of Potomac, which premiered in 2016. She became known for her outspoken, no-nonsense presence on the series and has appeared as a main cast member across ten seasons.

She also appeared in the third and fifth seasons of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. In the third season, filmed in Thailand, she represented The Real Housewives of Potomac alongside Candiace Dillard Bassett. Bryant later joined the fifth season's cast for a tour centered on memories from the Real Housewives franchise.

Bryant has pursued business and philanthropic projects alongside her television work. She worked as a public relations professional and co-founded the makeup line EveryHue Beauty. Her philanthropic efforts have included projects intended to raise funds for the revitalization of major cities and work with the city council of Birmingham, Alabama.

In 2021, Bryant and her Real Housewives of Potomac castmate Robyn Dixon launched the Reasonably Shady podcast through the BlackEffect Podcast Network. The podcast has received millions of downloads and earned a nomination for an NAACP Award. Bryant also released her debut novel, My Word, in 2019 and starred with Ashley Darby in the first season of Bravo's Love Hotel.

Bryant graduated from Hampton University before moving to Baltimore. She was previously married to Jamal Harrison Bryant from 2002 to 2009, and they have three daughters, Grace Bryant and twins Angel Bryant and Adore Bryant.

Her father, Curtis Graves, served in the Texas House of Representatives during the 1960s and 1970s. Bryant has described her upbringing as shaped by parents whose work involved government and philanthropy, influences that informed her later public-service and charitable interests.
