Joe Flacco

Joe Flacco has been married to Dana Grady since 2011. They have five children, including sons named Stephen and Daniel.

Flacco attended Audubon High School, where he lettered in football, basketball and baseball. He also helped the school's baseball team win a state title.

The Baltimore Ravens selected Flacco with the 18th overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. He started all 16 regular-season games as a rookie and became the first rookie quarterback in NFL history to win multiple playoff games.

Flacco's defining achievement came after the 2012 season, when he led Baltimore to the Super Bowl XLVII title over the San Francisco 49ers. He completed 73 of 126 passes for 1,140 yards, 11 touchdowns and no interceptions during the postseason, then completed 22 of 33 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns in the Super Bowl. He was named Super Bowl MVP, while Ray Lewis anchored Baltimore's defense.

Flacco spent his first 11 NFL seasons with Baltimore and started 122 consecutive regular-season games to begin his career. After leaving the Ravens, he started games for the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts before joining the Cincinnati Bengals.

In 2023, Flacco joined Cleveland during the season and started five games. He guided the Browns to four consecutive wins from Weeks 14 through 17, helping them clinch a playoff berth, and received the NFL Comeback Player of the Year award. In 2025, he became the oldest quarterback to start a game in Bengals history and later threw for a career-high 470 yards and four touchdowns against the Chicago Bears.

Flacco played his first two college seasons at the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to the University of Delaware. He started all 26 games he played for Delaware and set school records for career passing attempts and completions.

In his final college season, Flacco passed for a school-record 4,263 yards and helped lead the Blue Hens to the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision national championship game. He was inducted into the University of Delaware Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016.
