Josh Brueckner

Josh Brueckner has been married to Katie Betzing since March 2021. They began dating after meeting at a gym in 2018, where Brueckner agreed to work as her personal trainer. He proposed to her after winning his professional boxing debut in November 2019.

Brueckner and Katie have two daughters. Their first daughter, Skye Mae, was born on September 5, 2023, and their second daughter, Summer Rae, was born in August 2025. His brother Alex Brueckner is a YouTuber and social media personality.

Brueckner began working as a boxing instructor and personal trainer after graduating from high school in Michigan. He later moved into mixed martial arts and competed as a professional middleweight. He uses the nickname G.I. Josh, also shortened to G.I.

He has been associated with Michigan Top Team in Dearborn, Michigan, and was ranked ninth among 26 active Michigan professional middleweights. Brueckner won his professional boxing debut on November 9, 2019.

Brueckner and Katie co-run the YouTube channel Jatie Vlogs. The channel became known for pranks, challenges, comedy, and short-form videos featuring the couple.

The pair also built a public identity around the name “Jatie,” combining their first names. Brueckner has additionally promoted merchandise and fitness-related ventures through his online presence.
