Skepi began posting on TikTok in 2021, initially sharing his thoughts on life and personal experiences. His first vlog discussed the number of stores that did not accept American Express credit cards. His content later developed into conversational vlogs, fitness videos, rants, and uplifting advice.

He describes his approach as "edutainment", combining serious discussions about emotions and self-development with humor and an assertive delivery. His advice frequently centers on accountability, discipline, encouragement, personal growth, and recognizing the control a person has over difficult circumstances.

Skepi has also collaborated with Spencewuah and featured Dom Gabriel in a TikTok video. A tequila tutorial posted in June 2022 became one of his most widely viewed videos, receiving more than two million views.

Skepi launched Aware & Aggravated in 2021, creating a podcast focused on personal growth, relationships, emotions, confidence, and difficult life experiences. He presents himself as a candid commentator rather than a therapist or self-help guru, and characterizes his work as a mixture of entertainment and self-development advice.

He has said that his background as a registered nurse gave him experience with health care, psychology, and mental health. He worked as a nurse for several years and discussed having direct experience with people living with a range of mental health conditions. He also said that he read more than 100 self-help books by the time he was 20.

The podcast has been accompanied by appearances on programs including Just Trish, The Zach Sang Show, and You Should Know with Peyton Hardin. IMDb also credits him as the host of Aware & Aggravated and as a guest on Just Trish.

Skepi created the mobile application Positive Focus, which sends encouraging messages to a user's phone throughout the day. He explained that the idea grew from a difficult period in his life, when he wanted an app that would provide regular words of encouragement and could not find one that met that need.

The app reflects the broader focus of his online work, which uses short statements and personal reflections to encourage self-acceptance, discipline, and a more constructive perspective on setbacks.

In Leo We Trust is Skepi's live, interactive version of Aware & Aggravated. The tour focuses on confidence, helping attendees reconnect with their sense of identity and address the obstacles that can prevent them from feeling self-assured.

Skepi has described the shows as both a personal-development event and a community experience. Audience members attend from a wide range of backgrounds, and some have met other attendees and formed friendships during the events.
