Linda Holliday

Holliday is the mother of twin daughters, Ashley and Katie Hess. Her daughters frequently accompanied her to sports banquets and philanthropic galas across the country.

In 2007, Holliday met longtime New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick in Palm Beach, Florida. The two began dating shortly afterward. They were a regular fixture on NFL sidelines, at Super Bowl celebrations, and at red carpet events such as the Kentucky Derby and the Time 100 Gala. Despite widespread public assumption, the pair never married. In September 2023, they ended their sixteen-year relationship.

Holliday studied radiography at Vanderbilt University from 1984 to 1986. She initially pursued healthcare, spending more than fifteen years selling diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT scanners and MRI machines. It was demanding work.

She later pivoted toward retail and media. Between 2005 and 2007, she owned and operated Blue Indigo Boutique, a women's clothing and accessory store. In 2009, she joined the lifestyle programme Style Boston as an on-air correspondent, conducting celebrity interviews and reporting on fashion and cultural events.

Holliday served as president and executive director of the Bill Belichick Foundation. The charity focuses on youth athletic development, coaching mentorship, and educational access.

Under her management, the foundation raised funds for sports programs and granted scholarships to student-athletes nationwide. She organized annual benefits, including the Irish Eyes Gala and partnerships with the Best Buddies Challenge in Hyannis Port.
