Noah Jupe

Jupe was born in London to filmmaker Chris Jupe and actress Katy Cavanagh. He has a younger sister and a younger brother, Jacobi Jupe, who is also an actor.

He grew up in the north of England and developed an interest in films at a young age. His early acting work limited his formal schooling.

Jupe began acting in 2015 with appearances in Penny Dreadful and Downton Abbey. He played Charles Chandler in Penny Dreadful and a child in an episode of Downton Abbey.

In 2016, he appeared as Kingsley Conan Doyle in Houdini & Doyle and as Tiger Prawns in the television film The Last Dragonslayer. He also played Daniel Roper in the spy thriller series The Night Manager, a role he reprised in its second series.

Jupe made his feature-film debut in 2017 with The Man with the Iron Heart, in which he played Ata Moravec. That year he also appeared in That Good Night, George Clooney's dark comedy Suburbicon as Nicky Lodge, and Wonder as Jack Will, the best friend of Auggie Pullman.

He played Lucas Janssen in the science-fiction film The Titan and Marcus Abbott in A Quiet Place in 2018. John Krasinski cast him in A Quiet Place after a recommendation from George Clooney, who had directed Jupe in Suburbicon.

In Honey Boy, Jupe played young Otis Lort, a character based on Shia LaBeouf's childhood. His performance brought nominations for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male and the Gotham Independent Film Award for Breakthrough Actor, as well as a win from the Hollywood Critics Association. He also played Peter Miles in the sports drama Ford v Ferrari.

Jupe played Henry Fraser in the 2020 miniseries The Undoing and returned as Marcus Abbott in A Quiet Place Part II. He later appeared in No Sudden Move, played teenage Donnie Emerson in Dreamin' Wild, and voiced Peter in the animated film The Magician's Elephant.

His later television credits include the limited series Franklin and Lady in the Lake. His film roles include Andy Dyer in & Sons, Hamlet in Hamnet, and the Boy in The Carpenter's Son.

Jupe is scheduled to make his West End debut as Romeo in Romeo & Juliet, directed by Robert Icke at London's Harold Pinter Theatre. He is also attached to projects including The Death of Robin Hood, Morning, Play Dead, Psyche, and A Quiet Place Part III.
