Prenatt was raised in Los Angeles. His mother is Tanya Neely, and his older brother Andrew died in 2022. IMDb lists Andrew as his sibling, while biographical accounts identify him as Andrew Louis-Mitchell Prenatt, a skateboarder, dancer, and artist.
Prenatt has been in a relationship with Brittany Colombo since 2018. Colombo is an actress and model who appeared in Good Girl Jane, the 2022 film in which Prenatt played Abel. The couple is not married.
