Ben Beard was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, in a family where both of his parents served in the military. He later moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he completed his junior and senior years of high school before relocating to Miami for higher education.

He attended Florida International University, graduating with a bachelor's degree. During his sophomore year, he joined the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He quickly built a substantial following across the South Florida collegiate scene by working as a campus personality, event host, and South Beach promoter.

During his junior year of college, Beard established a business reselling luxury sneakers to professional athletes visiting Miami, frequently coordinating sales at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Through this venture, he connected with NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, establishing a close friendship and traveling together regularly.

He subsequently became a brand ambassador for the fashion label Renzo Cardoni, regularly wearing new apparel on the sidelines at San Francisco 49ers games. His work in athlete styling and fashion expanded to include collaborations and friendships with figures such as NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., Johnny Manziel, Von Miller, Kyrie Irving, and Paul George. His presence in entertainment also led to traveling across Europe during Drake's Boy Meets World Tour.

In addition to his work in fashion, Beard pursued stand-up comedy as a creative focus. He was selected to perform on the #WhyNot Comedy tour, a stand-up tour curated by NBA guard Russell Westbrook.

He has also released music on streaming platforms, including the track "Grandma Knows", which gained over 700,000 streams on Spotify. He shares his comedy, lifestyle, and fashion updates with a following of more than 1.3 million accounts on Instagram under the handle @bendadonnn.
