Dennis Lepore has been in a relationship with fellow Twitch streamer and Shorty Award winner Alexia Raye since 2018. The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in August 2018 following numerous collaborative broadcasts and video appearances together.

Outside of his streaming schedule, Lepore has engaged in philanthropic initiatives, including hosting fundraising charity streams to raise money and awareness for community causes.

Lepore began his competitive gaming career in 2015, competing professionally in H1Z1. During the early popularity of battle royale titles, he joined the competitive esports organization KnightsGG to play PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG). In 2017, he established his presence on Twitch, broadcasting gameplay across various competitive shooters.

His mainstream breakthrough arrived following the release of Fortnite. On January 24, 2018, Lepore set a world record by achieving 34 eliminations in a single match of Fortnite. The feat brought substantial attention to his channel and catalyzed rapid audience growth across his digital platforms.

On March 3, 2018, Lepore signed with FaZe Clan and was appointed captain of its newly formed Fortnite team alongside teammates Jaomock, 72hrs, and SpaceLyon. During this period, he formed a prominent duo partnership with Turner "Tfue" Tenney, and the pair quickly became one of the most successful pairings in competitive Fortnite.

In October 2018, Lepore and Tenney won Epic Games' Fall Skirmish Tournament. In addition to duo events, Lepore frequently competed in trio events alongside Tenney and 72hrs. In June 2019, Lepore announced his departure from FaZe Clan to pursue independent content creation, later concluding his contractual association with the organization.

Following his competitive run in Fortnite, Lepore expanded his gameplay to include titles such as Call of Duty: Warzone, Escape from Tarkov, and Halo Infinite. He became a regular competitor in high-profile Warzone invitational tournaments, capturing first place at the Twitch Rivals Warzone Streamer Showdown 3 in August 2020 alongside teammates Symfuhny and HusKerrs.

In November 2022, Lepore partnered with Daltoosh to win the OpTic Texas Warzone 2.0 Creator Duos championship. Alongside his Twitch broadcasts, he developed a substantial YouTube presence focused on match highlights and gameplay tutorials, and secured talent representation with the talent agency WME.
