Hazel-E, also known as Arica Tiffany Adams, is an American rapper and reality star from Cincinnati, Ohio. She became widely known as an original cast member of VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood and also worked as a publicist for artists including Gnarls Barkley and Tank. Before Love & Hip Hop
Hazel-E worked as a publicist, brand consultant, entrepreneur, and rapper before joining reality television. Her publicity work included artists and creators such as Gnarls Barkley, Tank, Aaron McGruder, and Soulja Boy.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she was raised in Houston, Texas. She also released mixtapes and extended plays as she pursued her rap career.

Hazel-E was one of the original eight cast members of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood and appeared as a main cast member in seasons one, two, and four. She was introduced as Teairra Mari's friend and confidante while working to establish herself as a rapper. Her storyline in the first season included an ill-fated relationship with rapper Yung Berg and a feud with Masika.
During the second season, Hazel-E suffered a nose injury in Dubai and later left the series, comparing the show to a circus. She returned in a supporting role near the end of season three and rejoined the main cast for season four.
