Kayla Wallace

Wallace has been married to actor Kevin McGarry since September 2024. The couple began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of When Calls the Heart, and they announced their engagement in December 2022.

In November 2025, Wallace and McGarry announced that they were expecting their first child.

Wallace was born in British Columbia and attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts. During her childhood, she was involved in theatre, dance, singing, and piano.

Her professional screen debut came as a dancer and chorus performer in Disney's musical fantasy film Descendants in 2015. She later appeared in projects including Death of a Vegas Showgirl, A Song for Christmas, Once Upon a Prince, Killer Ending, and Counterfeiting in Suburbia.

Wallace gained wider recognition as Fiona Miller in Hallmark Channel's When Calls the Heart, beginning in 2019. She appeared alongside Erin Krakow in the series and continued in the role through the show's later seasons. Wallace also played Amber in Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Grace Mitchell in The Good Doctor, and Natasha in two episodes of The Magicians.

Since 2024, Wallace has played lawyer Rebecca Falcone in the Paramount+ drama series Landman. The role placed her in an ensemble featuring Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, and Jon Hamm. Her other film and television credits include Heatwave, Feeling Butterflies, My Grown-Up Christmas List, Snowed in for Christmas, and Wingman, in which she plays Holly.

Wallace and Kevin McGarry appeared together in the Hallmark films Feeling Butterflies and My Grown-Up Christmas List. In Feeling Butterflies, she played Emily, while McGarry was also part of the cast.

She performed the songs "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day," "The First Noel," and "Joy to the World" for the 2017 television film A Song for Christmas.
