Quad Webb was married to Dr. Gregory Lunceford from July 28, 2012, until August 8, 2019. She has one daughter, Ariana.

Webb discussed her relationship with King in an interview, explaining that they were introduced by a mutual friend and met again on May 15, 2023. She also said they had discussed starting a family and consulting about in vitro fertilization if they were unable to conceive naturally.
