Sophie Rain

Rain began posting content on social media in April 2023. She uses the handle SophieRaiin across her social-media platforms, including Instagram, where she has built a large audience through short-form videos and collaborative posts.

Her sister, Sierra Rain, is also a content creator, and the two have appeared in videos together. Rain has also spoken about her Filipino heritage through her family background and has maintained ties to her Christian upbringing, including a Tampa church she described as her home church.

Rain is best known for dance trends, lip-sync performances, POV videos, and other collaborative content. One of her widely viewed TikTok performances featured her dancing and lip-syncing in a brown dress, while a popular Instagram Reel showed her dancing in front of a mirror. Both videos received more than one million views.

In late June 2024, Rain appeared with NLE Choppa in two TikTok videos featuring lip-sync performances to his song "Slut Me Out 2." By July 10, the videos had accumulated more than 27 million views, helping expand her visibility beyond Instagram.

On December 12, 2024, Rain co-founded the Bop House with fellow creator Aishah Sofey. The collective brings together content creators who produce videos and appear across one another’s social-media channels.

Rain and Sofey had previously appeared together in a social-media photo, and their professional association later developed into the Bop House project. The group became known for collaborative TikTok dances, lip-syncs, and other creator-focused posts.
