Cirie Fields

Fields grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Norwalk, Connecticut, alongside her sisters Karla and Cicely and her brother Kenneth. Before entering television, she worked multiple jobs to support her family, including stints in telemarketing, candy manufacturing, and home healthcare. She earned a nursing degree from St. Francis Nursing School in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She then worked as an operating room nurse and clinical coordinator at Norwalk Hospital Surgical Center.

Fields is married to Clarencio Hacker. She has three sons, John, Jamil, and Jared, from a previous marriage. Her son Jared later joined her in television competition on Big Brother 25.

Fields made her television debut on Survivor: Panama in 2006. Initially placed on the older women's Casaya tribe, she avoided an early vote-off through persuasion and reached the final four. Her run ended on Day 36 when Danielle DiLorenzo defeated her in a fire-making tiebreaker. Viewers voted Fields the season's most popular participant, awarding her a GMC Yukon.

She returned in 2008 for Survivor: Micronesia. On the Favorites tribe, she helped form the Black Widow Brigade alliance with Parvati Shallow, Amanda Kimmel, Natalie Bolton, and Alexis Jones. Fields devised the plan to convince Erik Reichenbach to surrender his individual immunity necklace to Bolton, leading to his elimination. A surprise final-two format left her in third place. In 2010, she joined the Heroes tribe on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, where an idol play by Tom Westman eliminated her on Day 11.

Her fourth appearance came in 2017 on Survivor: Game Changers. She navigated four separate tribes and reached the merge without attending a single Tribal Council. On Day 36, all five other remaining players held immunity idols or advantages. Fields had received zero votes all season. She was eliminated by default, earning a standing ovation from the jury.

Fields competed on Australian Survivor: Australia v The World in 2025, finishing fourth after another fire-making tiebreaker. She returned to the American series in 2026 for Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans, placing sixth. Across her career, she logged 159 total days playing the game.

In 2023, Fields joined the first season of the American reality series The Traitors on Peacock. Selected as a Traitor from the premiere, she concealed her role throughout the competition. She reached the final fire circle undetected and won the $250,000 prize as the sole remaining Traitor.

Later that year, Fields entered Big Brother 25 as a surprise seventeenth houseguest alongside her son Jared. She lasted 93 days in the house, survived multiple eviction nominations, and finished in fifth place. The appearance made her the first former Survivor player to compete on the American version of Big Brother.

Her screen work includes additional game shows and guest acting appearances. In 2022, she split the $100,000 prize on USA Network's Snake in the Grass with Janelle Pierzina and Rachel Reilly after identifying the hidden saboteur. She also played an internal affairs officer on the daytime soap Guiding Light in 2006 and portrayed Dr. Martin on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2023.
