Emma Hernan

Hernan joined the cast of Selling Sunset and drew major attention during the show's fifth season in 2022. Her storylines included workplace tension with Christine Quinn, whom she said had been involved with the same ex-boyfriend at the time she was dating him.

The series also followed Hernan's relationship with estate agent and developer Blake Davis. His filmed scenes were cut from the show amid controversy surrounding rumors about Hernan's personal life, which she denied.

Hernan was introduced to The Oppenheim Group's Jason and Brett Oppenheim while they were helping her purchase her first home in the Hollywood Hills. While attending open houses, she developed an interest in real estate and demonstrated an ability to understand sales terminology quickly.

At the brothers' recommendation, she obtained her real estate license in 2018 and joined The Oppenheim Group soon afterward. She focuses on high-end real estate in Los Angeles and has built a portfolio of residential and commercial investment properties in Los Angeles and Boston.

Hernan is the CEO of Emma-Leigh & Co, a plant-based food company launched before the coronavirus pandemic. The business supplies vegan products including coffee, cookies, spring rolls and empanadas in several flavors.

Her entrepreneurial background began before her television career. As a teenager, she combined jobs in modeling, babysitting and customer service with stock-market investing, and at 15 she earned enough to cover the payroll at her parents' seafood business when needed.

Hernan was named Miss COED in January 2015 and was featured as Sports Illustrated's Lovely Lady of the Day. She has also worked as a swimsuit model, including a shoot in Malibu.

Her modeling work helped establish her public profile before her appearance on Selling Sunset. She has used social media to share modeling photographs with a large audience.
