Stephanie Vaquer

Ana Stephanie Vaquer González was born in San Fernando, Chile, to Gladys González Soto and Héctor Vaquer Alvera. She moved to San Antonio with her family during childhood and finished high school there in 2010. She later earned dual Chilean and Mexican citizenship after spending eleven years living and training in Mexico.

In March 2023, Vaquer filed a criminal complaint against wrestler Rogelio Reyes following an assault. Mexican authorities arrested Reyes in Mexico City shortly after on charges of domestic violence and attempted femicide. Vaquer has been in a relationship with wrestler Myles Borne since 2025.

Vaquer began training in Chile under Paul Slandering and made her wrestling debut in 2009. She initially used the ring name Dark Angel. Out of respect for Sarah Stock, she later dropped the name.

At age 19, she moved to Mexico. She trained under Ricky Marvin, Gran Apache, Villano IV, and Último Guerrero. Early in her time in Mexico, a match left her with severe facial fractures. The injury halted her career for nearly two years. To support herself, she worked as a waitress and slept in the restaurant kitchen. The experience inspired her ring aesthetic. She later adopted kintsugi-inspired makeup across her face to symbolize repairing fractures with gold.

Vaquer debuted for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre in August 2019, becoming the promotion's first South American female competitor. In 2023, she formed a tag team with Zeuxis. The duo won both the Occidente Women's Tag Team Championship and the inaugural CMLL World Women's Tag Team Championship. Vaquer defeated La Catalina in September 2023 to win the vacant CMLL World Women's Championship.

She also toured Japan, competing for World Wonder Ring Stardom, Ice Ribbon, and Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling. In March 2024, Vaquer defeated Giulia at Stardom's Cinderella Tournament to win the NJPW Strong Women's Championship. She defended the title in the United States and the United Kingdom before facing AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné in a Winner Takes All match at Forbidden Door. In July 2024, Vaquer left CMLL and vacated her championships.

WWE executive Shawn Michaels announced Vaquer's signing in July 2024. She made her in-ring debut days later at a live event in Mexico City, defeating Isla Dawn. She made her televised NXT debut that October, beating Wren Sinclair before teaming with Giulia to win at Halloween Havoc.

Vaquer defeated Fallon Henley at NXT Vengeance Day in February 2025 to win the NXT Women's North American Championship. On March 11, 2025, she defeated Giulia to win the NXT Women's Championship, becoming the first female double champion in NXT history. Two weeks later, she defended both titles against different opponents on the same night. She relinquished the North American title after a 45-day reign to focus on defending the NXT Women's Championship.

Vaquer joined the Raw brand in May 2025. At Wrestlepalooza in September 2025, she defeated Iyo Sky to win the vacant Women's World Championship, becoming the first Chilean and South American woman to win a WWE world title. The following month, she defeated Tiffany Stratton at Crown Jewel to win the WWE Women's Crown Jewel Championship.

Vaquer defended the Women's World Championship against Nikki Bella and Raquel Rodriguez. Her title reign lasted 210 days before ending at WrestleMania 42 in a loss to Liv Morgan.
