Bettina Anderson

Bettina Anderson has been married to Donald Trump Jr. since May 2026. They held a private ceremony in Florida before a private wedding celebration in the Bahamas. Their engagement was announced at a White House holiday party in December 2025 after Anderson and Trump Jr. had appeared together at political, social, and sporting events.

Anderson is the daughter of Harry Loy Anderson Jr. and Inger Anderson. She has five siblings, including her twin sister Kristina. Her father was a banker and philanthropist, while her mother is a Swedish former model, business owner, and philanthropist.

Anderson grew up in Palm Beach, Florida, and attended Montessori school, Palm Beach Day School, and Saint Andrew's School in Boca Raton. She played lacrosse at Saint Andrew's, where she was described as a key player during the school's unbeaten 2004 season. While there, she and Kristina founded a hair accessory business.

She graduated from Saint Andrew's in 2005 and from Columbia University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in art history, criticism, and conservation. Her upbringing was connected to Palm Beach's banking and philanthropic community.

P Model Management recruited Anderson for modeling work in Milan in May 2005. She later modeled for publications including Quest Magazine, Palm Beach Illustrated, Modern Luxury Palm Beach, and Society. Her work included a Quest cover and a photoshoot with Hamilton Jewelers in 2020.

Anderson has also worked in business development. Her professional experience included a business development manager role at the pharmaceutical company TherapeuticsMD and consulting work for the Florida investment company Merrick Ventures. She developed a public profile through Instagram and fashion and brand-sponsored events.

Anderson co-founded Project Paradise with her siblings in 2007. The organization began as a natural-disaster relief nonprofit and later expanded into environmental conservation through the Project Paradise Film Fund. By April 2023, Anderson was the executive director of the organization, which was later renamed Paradise.ngo.

The film fund supports documentaries and other media about environmental conservation. Project Paradise released The Water State, a short documentary about the fragility of Florida's freshwater springs. Anderson has also volunteered with the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County and served as a young patron of The Everglades Foundation.

Anderson was already a recognizable Palm Beach socialite before her relationship with Donald Trump Jr. brought her wider attention. She co-hosted a fundraiser for Donald Trump's presidential campaign at Mar-a-Lago in October 2024 and attended the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee that July.

Anderson and Trump Jr. made their public debut as a couple during Donald Trump's inauguration in January 2025. She later appeared with him at events including the White House Easter Egg Roll, a U.S. Army anniversary parade, a dinner for Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and the State of the Union address.
