Keeping Up with the Kardashians and television work

Jenner began appearing on the E! reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2007, when she was 10 years old. The program followed the personal and professional lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family and ran for 20 seasons before ending in 2021. Jenner also made guest appearances in related programs, including Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, I Am Cait, and Kingin' with Tyga.

She starred in the spin-off series Life of Kylie, which premiered in 2017 and ran for one season. In 2022, she returned to television with her family in Hulu's The Kardashians. Kylie Cosmetics and beauty brands

Jenner's beauty career grew from public attention surrounding her lips and her 2015 admission that she used temporary lip fillers. She launched Kylie Lip Kits in 2015, with the initial products selling out quickly, and renamed the company Kylie Cosmetics in 2016. The brand later expanded beyond lip products into eye makeup, highlighters, fragrances, and other cosmetics.

In 2019, Jenner founded Kylie Skin, a skincare line offering products such as face washes, scrubs, moisturizers, and makeup-removing wipes. She also launched Kylie Baby in 2021, extending her beauty business into skincare and hair products for babies and children. Jenner collaborated with Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Balmain on separate Kylie Cosmetics collections.

Fashion, social media, and later ventures

Jenner and Kendall Jenner began working with PacSun in 2012, creating the Kendall & Kylie clothing line. The sisters later collaborated with Topshop and other fashion and accessory companies, and jointly released the young adult novel Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex and Livia and its sequel, Time of the Twins.

Jenner's social-media visibility became central to her public profile and business strategy. In 2019, a video of her singing “Rise and Shine” to Stormi became a viral meme, and the related hashtag reached one billion views on TikTok. She launched the swimwear line Kylie Swim in 2021 and the clothing brand Khy in 2024. She also launched the canned cocktail brand Sprinter in 2024.
