QTCinderella began dating fellow livestreamer Ludwig Ahgren in early 2020. The couple announced their engagement in July 2026 and reside together in Los Angeles.

She has publicly spoken about her mental health diagnoses, which include obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Following repeated incidents of swatting at her home, she was formally diagnosed with the dissociative subtype of PTSD. She has also discussed managing body dysmorphia and the impact of non-consensual online harassment on her health.

Blaire was born on June 6, 1994, and raised in Washington as the youngest of four children in a strict Mormon household, though she later left the religion. Her mother worked in call centers and her father operated a landscaping business. Her mother died in 2016.

After graduating from high school, she attended culinary school. Before pursuing full-time content creation, she worked in retail, designed wedding cakes, and worked as an interior designer. Her online alias, QTCinderella, was inspired by a period when she worked at Disneyland portraying the character Cinderella.

In 2022, QTCinderella founded The Streamer Awards, an annual ceremony dedicated to honoring content creators across livestreaming platforms. The inaugural ceremony took place on March 12, 2022, at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, drawing over 381,000 concurrent viewers on her Twitch channel.

The event grew substantially in scale and viewership in subsequent years. The second edition in 2023, co-hosted with Valkyrae at The Wiltern, peaked at more than 580,000 concurrent viewers. The 2024 ceremony, co-hosted with Pokimane, drew over 645,000 peak live viewers. She went on to host the December 2024 edition alongside TinaKitten and the 2025 ceremony with Maya Higa, which reached more than one million concurrent viewers.

QTCinderella launched her Twitch channel in 2018, initially streaming games like League of Legends before adding baking, variety gaming, and collaborative broadcasts. In September 2021, she organized ShitCamp, a multi-day live event in California that brought together prominent creators for outdoor activities, competitions, and games.

In January 2023, she created Master Baker, a multi-day live baking tournament inspired by television cooking contests that challenges streamers with limited culinary experience. Outside of streaming events, she has competed in multiple amateur chess tournaments hosted by Chess.com, including PogChamps 2, PogChamps 4, and PogChamps 5, where she finished as runner-up in the consolation bracket.

In May 2024, she set a Speedrun.com record for baking 12 chocolate chip cookies in four minutes and 39 seconds, prompting site moderators to establish a dedicated rule set for the real-life baking category. Over the course of her career, she has been signed to esports organizations including Gen.G, Team SoloMid, and Misfits Gaming.

In November 2021, QTCinderella launched the podcast Wine About It with co-host Maya Higa. Following Higa's departure in July 2025 to focus on wildlife conservation work, Valkyrae joined as the regular co-host. In early 2023, QTCinderella also became a permanent co-host on the Fear& podcast alongside Hasan Piker, Will Neff, and AustinShow.

Beyond online broadcasting, she organized the Gala for Good in October 2023 with Maya Higa, raising more than $250,000 for rainforest conservation organizations. In January 2025, she opened Deco Deco, a Japanese-inspired DIY crafting store located in Los Angeles. She has also released holiday music covers and the single "Forever" featuring TJ Brown.
